PVDF Coating

PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) is a chemical-resistant thick film barrier coating primarily used on chemical processing equipment. This coating is unaffected by most chemicals and solvents and has excellent wear and abrasion resistance. PVDF also has high dielectric strength, excellent resistance to weathering, and the ability to self extinguish. PVDF serves as the base material in long-life coatings of aluminum galvanized steel and other special substrates for various architectural components such as panel aluminum extrusions, curtain walls, storefronts, column covers, entranceways, louvers, signs, and roofing panels.
