PVDF Coating

PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) is a chemical resistant thick film barrier coating primarily used on chemical processing equipment. This coating is unaffected by most chemicals and solvents and has excellent wear and abrasion resistance. PVDF also has high dielectic strength, excellent resistance to weathering and the ability to self extinguish. PVDF serves as the base material in long life coatings of aluminum galvanized steel and other special sustrates for variety architectural components such as panel aluminium extrusions, curtain walls, store fronts, column cover, entrance ways, louvers, signs and roofing panels.
